The Eiseman Manufacturing Company, a copartnership, commenced this action in the county court of Ottawa county against J. Colonna to recover judgment in the sum of $468, which the plaintiff alleges was due on a shipment of merchandise sold to the defendant. The case was tried to a jury, resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff, on which judgment was rendered, and the defendant brings error.
