Relators, Champion Technologies, Inc. and Permian Mud Service, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus on May 27, 2005, attacking the trial court’s disposition of their motion to compel arbitration. After receiving responses to the petition from the real parties in interest, this court denied the petition on July 14, 2005, without issuing a written opinion. See TEX. R.APP.P. 52.8(d).
