This is an interpleader in which an issue was framed for the purpose of ascertaining who was entitled to death benefits owing by a fraternal beneficial society.
John Mihalyo, at the time of his death, October 17, 1934, was a member of a subordinate lodge of Greek Catholic Union, a fraternal beneficial society organized under the laws of Pennsylvania, and held a certificate providing for the payment of death benefits in the amount of $1,000.
