PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by a special court-martial of possession of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) and marihuana, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 934, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, imprisonment for 6 months, forfeitures of $200 pay per month for 6 months and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
