FLETCHER, Judge:

In April 1980, appellant was tried by general court-martial at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of violating a lawful general regulation by wrongfully possessing quaalude, in violation of Article 92(1), Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 892(1). In addition, he was found guilty of wrongful sale of marihuana and the wrongful communication of a threat, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
