The Monongahela River Consolidated Coal & Coke Company, as the owner, and the Huntington & St. Louis *405Towboat Company, as the charterer, of the steamboat Enterprise, have presented their petition to this court for the limitation of their liability arising out of a collision between that steamboat and a gasoline launch, which collision happened in the Mississippi river within two miles of the city of Memphis in the state of Tennessee, and whereby three persons, Albert Schinnerer, P.
