COCHRAN, District Judge.

This cause is before me on motion by claimants to dismiss the libel for want of jurisdiction. They contend that jurisdiction thereof is in the District Court for the Western District of this state.

The libelant is a Kentucky corporation. It owns and operates a line of steamboats between Cincinnati, Ohio, and Louisville, Ky., for the carriage of freight and passengers. The course over which it operates them is mainly in this district. All of it is therein except so much thereof as is in Jefferson and Oldham counties, Ky., in the first of which Louisville is located. As…
