Lawson v. Hash and Benford

This is an appeal by Ms. Robin Lawson (hereinafter “Appellant”), individually and as executrix of the estate of her father Robert E. Lawson (hereinafter “decedent”), from an order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County refusing the Appellant’s motion to add Mr. Lee Benford as a party defendant and dismissing the Appellant’s civil action.
