This is a proceeding of an equitable character, originally instituted in the court of common pleas for Barn-well county on January 4, 1917, and removed from that court to this court by the defendant, on the ground that there was a separable con*122troversy between the complainant, T. Gertrude All, a citizen o£ South Carolina, and the defendant the National Bank of Savannah, a citizen of Georgia.
