OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

Appellant-petitioner, the supervised estate of Richard "Bill" Allender (the Estate), appeals the trial court's Order on Petition to Determine Title of Real Estate in favor of appellee-respondent Tina Allen-der. Specifically, the Estate raises one dispositive issue: whether the trial court erred in placing upon the Estate the burden of proving that the deeds at issue were invalid.
