STEVENS, Judge.

On 16 November, 1965 Bailey was driving a Ruan truck in Arizona en route from Denver, Colorado to Blythe, California when there was an accident. His fellow employee, Agee, was asleep in the sleeper compartment of the truck at the time of the accident. Both men were in the course and scope of their employment. Both men were injured. Agee and Bailey were both residents of the State of Colorado and their respective employment contracts with Ruan were executed in the State of Colorado.
