RUSSON, Justice:

INTRODUCTION

Benton Petersen appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding that he had engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in violation of section 78-51-25 of the Utah Code. On appeal, Petersen argues that the statute is unconstitutionally vague and over-broad, that it violates the separation of powers doctrine, and that it was rendered void by a 1985 amendment to the Utah Constitution.
