This matter is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 10), Plaintiffs Response in Opposition (Doc. 14), and Defendant’s Reply (Doc. 17).
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff James Young brings a claim of defamation against Defendant Gannett Satellite Information Network, Inc. (“Gannett”).
