On November 30, 1983 appellee county filed a petition to condemn a portion of property owned by appellants. Appellants filed an answer and counterclaim alleging that in the spring of 1983 when the county made known its desire to acquire the land in question for a permanent right-of-way, appellants advised it of several serious problems that would result from the acquisition and proposed construction thereon to the detriment of the remainder of appellants’ property.
