Sarali S. Martin and I). T. Martin executed and delivered to William Michaels the following lease, under their hands and seals, which was acknowledged by them on the 20th day of 'December, 1898, and recorded in the clerlds office of the county court of Harrison County on the 28th day of June, 1899, and which was also signed under his seal by said Michaels: “Agreement made and entered into the 19th day of October A.
