POFFENBARGER, PRESIDENT:

The A. Hochstetter Oil Company, a corporation, having entered upon a certain small tract of land in Ritchie county, known as the Linch farm, and commenced the production of oil therefrom, Peter J. Suit, claiming under a prior lease, obtained a decree appointing a special receiver to take charge of the wells, machinery and appliances on the land and operate the same for the production of oil and gas, and enjoining and restraining said company, its servants, agents and employes from interfering in any way with the receiver’s custody and operation of the wells and…
