The Bank of Danielsville, third-party defendant, appeals from the grant of summary judgment to Erma Sue Seagraves — the third-party plaintiff and defendant. Seagraves appeals from the grant of summary judgment to the plaintiff — Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company. In 1976, Seagraves, then the head cashier for the Bank of Danielsville (Bank), received approval by the Bank of a loan in the amount of $8,000.
