This is a wrongful death action being prosecuted by appellee Alma Christine Stalvey, in her individual capacity and as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Buford E. Stalvey.
It is alleged in the complaint that the deceased died as a result of injuries sustained in a collision between an automobile driven by him and a truck owned by appellee Five Transportation Co.
