This case comes before us on an appeal from the denial of a writ of prohibition by the Superior Court for Yuma County.
James D. Crouch, appellant, was charged under A.R.S. § 28-692 with the offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The charge was filed in the Justice Court of the Sixth .Precinct, Yuma County. The appellant entered a plea of not guilty and was tried before a jury.
