The Industrial Board of Indiana has certified to this court, under §61 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Acts 1915, ch. 106, p. 392) the following statement of facts, and questions of law based thereon:

“On the 16th day of July, 1917, and for many years' prior thereto, Edward A. Lane was the owner of a wheat and oats threshing equipment, consisting of a traction engine, a separator and a straw blower, which he operated upon the custom basis in threshing wheat and oats for farmers in the eastern part of Boone, and the western part of Hamilton counties, in the State of Indiana; that said…
