The original bill in this case was filed in the circuit court of Cook county by the National Hollow Brake-Beam Company against Edward B. Leigh and others June 16, 1902, asking for the appointment of a receiver for itself without notice, and also that certain persons be enjoined from acting as secretary and treasurer and directors of the company.
