This adversary proceeding is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff, as Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”), filed a complaint seeking to avoid and recover allegedly fraudulent transfers from Debtor to Defendant Nerissa Mursalim (“Defendant”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 544 and 550.
