This putative class action arises out of the issuance of credit cards by Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. (“Kohl’s”) and Capital One Financial Corporation (“Capital One”) to Jennifer Gordon, Valerie Tant-linger, Jennifer Underwood and, more particularly, out of certain payment protection and credit monitoring'programs'in which Defendants enrolled Plaintiffs in connection with those credit cards.
