Sanders v. First National Bank of Pauls Valley

This is an appeal by the plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, from an order of the trial court sustaining a demurrer to her petition, in an action brought to recover damages for the death of Arnold W. Sanders, her father. Hereafter reference to the parties will, be as in the trial court.
