MEMORANDUM

BECHTLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought this suit to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the- Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (“Secretary”) which denied his claim for disability benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 301 et seq. The sole source of jurisdiction for a civil action challenging the denial of claimed benefits is 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Mathews v. Eldridge, 424 U.S. 319, 96 S.Ct. 893, 899, 47 L.Ed.2d 18 (1976); Weinberger v. Salfi, 422 U.S. 749, 95 S.Ct. 2457, 45 L.Ed.2d 522 (1975). That statute requires, inter alia, that a suit of this…
