—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Nicholas Figueroa, J.), rendered September 22, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and sentencing him to a term of 2 to 6 years, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant’s challenge to a venireperson for cause was properly disallowed. Defendant was accused of accosting the complainant and her infant daughter in an elevator at knife-point, and stealing her jewelry.
