OPINION
COHEN, Justice.
Appellant was convicted after a jury trial of aggravated robbery. The same jury assessed punishment at 60 years confinement in the Department of Corrections and a $10,000.00 fine, enhanced by one prior felony conviction under § 12.42(c) V.T.C.A., Penal Code.
A significant error occurred at the punishment stage of this trial. Appellant was indicted for the first degree felony offense of aggravated robbery enhanced by one prior felony conviction which placed him within a penalty range of 15 years to life in the Texas Department of Corrections, pursuant to § 12.42(c),…
