OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Shannon L. Sorah, appeals her conviction in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for endangering children. We affirm appellant's conviction.
{¶ 2} On June 2, 3005, appellant and her husband, Joseph Sorah, attended a festival in Milford, Ohio with their two-year-old son and six-week-old daughter. At the festival that evening, appellant's niece became concerned that something was wrong with appellant's daughter, because she was crying as if she were in pain.
