This is a certified question from the Court of Civil Appeals for the First Supreme Judicial District. The statement and question are as follows:

“This is a suit by appellant to recover damages for the alleged negligent failure of appellee to promptly deliver a telegram sent appellant B. B. Bich, and for the refusal of appellee to receive and transmit a message which appellant Mrs. Bich desired sent to her husband.
