THIS CAUSE has come before the court upon the bench trial held on June 6-8,1989.
The plaintiff, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), is suing the defendant, Carolina Freight Carriers Corporation (Carolina Freight), alleging unlawful employment practices violative of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. The action is brought on behalf of Francisco Rios (Rios).
