Plaintiff, Kim A. Balletti, brought this action against defendant, Sun-Sentinel Company, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief and damages under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000(e), et seq. (“Title VII”). 1 Jurisdiction is founded on 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(3) and 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
