I. INTRODUCTION

In October 2012, the home and personal property of Plaintiffs, Patrick and Nicola Pavelka, was destroyed in a fire. Two months after the fire, Plaintiffs submitted sworn statements concerning their total loss claims to their home insurer, Defendant, Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“Allstate”).
