In a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5) *611for leave to serve a late notice of claim, Elwood Union Free School District and Harley Avenue Primary School appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Oliver, J.), dated July 9, 2004, which granted the petition.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
