Respondent Lillian Fisk Jaeger was formerly the wife of Samuel Allen Jaeger, an incompetent person, who appears as appellant herein by James E. Edwards, the guardian of his estate. The only issue of the marriage was Pualeilani Jaeger, a minor, whose age at the date of the orders hereinafter mentioned was four years, and of whose person and estate respondent has since June 23, 1922, been the duly appointed, qualified and acting guardian.
