This is an action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, denying Plaintiff’s claim to certain benefits under the Social Security Act. In accordance with the applicable law, the Secretary has filed a certified copy of the transcript of the record, including the evidence on which the findings and decisions complained of were based.
