Plaintiff sued to recover damages from the defendant for the death of her minor son alleged to have been caused by the negligence of W. S. Bissett, defendant’s employee, in an automobile accident. On the conclusion of plaintiff’s testimony the court sustained the demurrer interposed by the defendant to plaintiff’s evidence. From this ruling, and from the judgment of the court denying motion for a .new trial, the plaintiff appeals.
