This is a case involving the revocation of a teaching license. The petitioner teacher worked at a residential facility. The teacher was accused of abusing a teenager who lived at the facility. The Tennessee Department of Children’s Services classified the teacher as an “indicated perpetrator of child physical abuse.” The teacher went on to teach at a municipal school.
