Defendant appeals from judgments entered upon her conviction, following a jury trial, of premeditated first degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Summarized only to the extent necessary to an understanding of the case and the issues raised on appeal, the State offered evidence tending to show that between 8:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on 25 July 1997, defendant went to the High Point home of Johnny and Judy Neeley.
