This is a proceeding to review an order of the Secretary of State in Initiative Petition No. 242, State Question No. 336.
On the 18th day of September proponent filed in the office of the Secretary of State a notice of appeal from the decision of the Secretary of State entered on the 14th day of September, 1948.
