Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, and the sole issue raised is the propriety of the judgment.

This action for personal injury was brought by plaintiff, a bricklayer, under the Structural Work Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) against defendant and others.
