Presently before the Court is the motion filed on December 19, 1996 by the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) for turnover of certain payments received and to be received by Stephen M. Schneeweiss (the “Debtor”) under a non-compete agreement, pursuant to § 542 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330 (the “Code”).
