Currently before the Court is the October 17, 2000 Motion by creditor Michael J. Maggio, D.C. (“Maggio”) pursuant to § 362(d) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330 (“Code”) for Relief from the Automatic Stay seeking relief to pursue a contract claim in state court arising from the alleged breach of a pre-petition contract between Maggio and Alton L.
