MEMORANDUM DECISION RE JOHN PAGE’S SECOND AMENDED PROOF OF CLAIM

Before the court is John Page’s claim for $72,000 in severance pay, $10,950 of which he asserts is entitled to priority under 11 U.S.C. § 507(a)(4) as “wages, salaries, or commissions, including vacation, severance, and sick leave pay” earned within 180 days before the date of the filing of the petition (Claim No. 1-3 on the Claims Register) and Page’s Motion to Allow Second Amended Pre-Petition Claim of John H.
