OPINION
CEDARBAUM, District Judge.
Two of the defendants published a biography of the late film star Audrey Hepburn that they advertised as having been written with Hepburn’s “full cooperation.” Sean Ferrer, one of Hepburn’s sons, and George Muller, the executor of her estate, filed this suit complaining that the publishing defendants’ promotional material for the biography falsely suggests that Hepburn authorized and collaborated in the book.
