In what is becoming an annual tradition, the Court here resolves the latest claims in the long-running battle among multiple parties asserting multiple claims to the intellectual property rights of Marilyn Monroe. After a trilogy of decisions resolved the parties' various motions to dismiss, this litigation progressed to discovery and, now, to cross-motions for summary judgment.
