Plaintiff is a corporation located in Detroit, Michigan, engaged in the manufacture of specialties for drainage of steam apparatus used for heat*545ing, evaporation, power purposes, etc., and issued a catalogue of its products in which was advertised what is called the “Morehead Trap” or “Morehead System” manufactured for that purpose. Defendant is a corporation located at Muskegon Heights, Michigan, engaged in the manufacture of refrigerators.
