This was a suit in equity, commenced by the defendants in error, plaintiffs below, against the plaintiff in error, defendant below, to enjoin the defendant as county treasurer from selling certain real estate belonging to the plaintiffs to satisfy certain assessments and taxes imposed or attempted to be im posed on said read estate for what is alleged to be city, town, school district, and county purposes, under the general revenue law of the state.
