Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of the defendants. She brought this action as the administratrix of the estate of Grace Grabel, deceased. In her fourth amended complaint she alleges six separately stated causes of action. The first cause of action is to quiet title to certain real property; the second is against only two of the individual defendants and is for the recovery of the reasonable rental value of the property for the period the said defendants are alleged to have been in possession thereof; the third is for conversion of personal property; the fourth is…
