MEMORANDUM OF OPINION
PAT E. MORGENSTERN-CLARREN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Chapter 7 debtor Marla McCashen claimed an exemption under Ohio law for her 2000 Ford Windstar Van as a “professionally prescribed or medically necessary health aid” because it accommodates her large size. See OHIO REV. CODE § 2329.66(A)(7). The chapter 7 trustee objects that the van, which has not been modified in any way and was not prescribed by a physician, does not come within this exemption.
