THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiff Maxum Indemnity Company ("Maxum")'s Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF Nos. 45] and Defendant Maria Del Carmen Solis, Personal Representative of the Estate of Pedro Jose Sanchez ("the Estate")'s Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 46].
